The luxury firm model of the Saatva classic we tested is too firm for most side sleepers, but light and average-weight side sleepers should do well on the plush version.
The Saatva HD should work well for heavy side sleepers who weigh 250 pounds or more. While it does have a slightly firmer feel, heavy people should sink in more and get nice pressure relief.
The Saatva Memory Foam Hybrid should work for most side sleepers of all weight categories as it provides ample cushioning for the shoulders and hips.

On to stomach sleepers.

Light and average weight stomach sleepers should do well on the Saatva classic in the luxury firm or firm model.
The Saatva Latex Hybrid is a great option for many stomach sleepers as its firm and uplifting feel will maintain a neutral alignment.

Moving right along to couples. Couples have some specific things to consider when shopping for a mattress, such as motion isolation and edge support. None of these beds performed very well in our motion transfer tests, meaning you're likely to feel movement from your partner.

The bed with the best motion results was the Saatva memory foam hybrid, although its results were not impressive.

Now let's move along to the Saatva Latex Hybrid. This bed is made with pocketed coils, a layer of Talalay latex foam, and the cover is quilted with wool for added plushness. The coils and latex make this bed quite bouncy and make it easy to move around on. It definitely offers more of an on-top-of-the-bed feel. The coil and latex combo also makes this mattress sleep cool, as the coils allow for airflow and latex maintains a cool temperature. We rated the Saatva Latex Hybrid as a 7.5 out of 10 on the firmness scale, meaning it's fairly firm.

And finally the Saatva Memory Foam Hybrids. This bed is made with a layer of gel memory foam, a layer of memory foam, and pocketed coils. The upper layers of this bed provide a cushioning layer you can sink into while the coils below provide lots of support. Plus the gel memory foam works to draw heat away from the body while the coils and cotton cover allow for lots of air flow. Overall we rated the Saatva memory foam hybrid as a six and a half out of ten on the firmness scale meaning it's medium firm. Saatva says this bed is designed to support folks up to 500 pounds and we found it to be very sturdy. It's a great mattress for heavier folks but can also work for anyone who really wants a sturdy bed.
